Blake is the mortgage pro, I used a different lender with my first mortgage and the other guy was soo pushy on making me want to lock in a rate, working with Blake, he educated me and walked me through the process and when it came time to lock in my rate, was patient and waited for the best time for me to get a great rate

There is no greater loan officer better than Blake Bogese and his team! I reached out to Blake before I knew I was ready to purchase my first home just to get guidance. He was so kind to tell me exactly what I needed to do based on my income and credit profile free of charge. I did everything he advised and reached back out to him roughly 60 days later. He then gave me a pre approval letter that was much higher that 2 other lenders had given me. Once I found the home I wanted, he and his team literally held my hand every step of the way. He was always available, answered all my elementary questions and worked so hard to get my loan fully funded. On closing day, he showed up to the appointment and embraced me with a hug! I was so surprised to see him there but of course he followed the process to the end. Additionally, I had to bring my 2 year old daughter to closing with me and he played with and kept her occupied. Blake is such an awesome and experienced loan officer and an even better person. I couldn’t be more grateful!

We are so grateful for Blake’s knowledge, expertise and patience throughout the entire mortgage process. As a first time home buyer, who went through multiple offers for different houses, he was right along side my wife and I with different options and competitive figures. He went above and beyond in areas too - giving us video walk throughs, picking up the phone at any point for questions and utilizing his connections in the area to leverage in the research stage. Overall, Blake is stellar and I would recommend him!

This is the second time I have used Blake when it comes to getting a mortgage for a new home, and I can't be happier with the service. He is professional and courteous, and only provides the best advice and service you could possibly hope for. He has always been available no matter what asinine questions or concern I had. When it comes time to refinance, he will be the only person I will work with (aside from his team--they're all great!)

AWESOME!!!
Buying a home is stressful enough, having a team to ensure the process gets complete on time is key. I am retired military and using a VA loan purchased a large modular home with only 30 days between contract sign and close date. Blake and his team jumped in and communicated everything in a timely manner to keep the loan process moving. Any question was answered immediately and completely. I would highly recommend using ALCOVA and Blake.
